Recommendations are not professional advice
Rylu suggestions are for convenience and inspiration only. They are not personal, medical, safety, or professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether any activity, venue, or suggestion is right for you and your circumstances. If in doubt, check independently before acting on a suggestion.

Changes and availability
We may update, pause, or remove features to keep Rylu secure and useful. We aim to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Feedback and submissions
If you share feedback or ideas with us, you allow us to use them to improve Rylu — without payment. This does not affect your rights in your own personal data.
Intellectual property
Rylu — including its software, design, and branding — is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your own consumer use in line with these terms.
Conduct, suspension, and termination
You can stop using Rylu at any time. We may restrict or end access where there is fraud, abuse, illegal conduct, repeated policy breaches, or activity that puts the service or other users at risk. We will act proportionately and in line with our legal obligations.
Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for unforeseeable losses, or for events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing here limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Your consumer rights
These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable consumer law. Where there is a conflict, mandatory consumer law takes precedence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory law in your country gives you additional protection. You can bring legal proceedings in courts available to you under applicable consumer law.
